Panoramic view, very nice helpful staff, good food. The pool bar makes the soft drinks. Satisfactory room with a nice interior. Easy check-in, late check-out.

Really helpfull staff, tasty breakfast, fantastic view. Its location was the best, near to the Kew Gardens as well as lovely pub. Furthermore, the hotel was a short walk to elizabeth gate. They made my stay fun. The pool was lovely and I had bottled drinks in the poolside bar.

Great place to stay while travelling around London. Pleasant room, helpful staff, attractive and competitive value for money. The location of the hotel was central. There was plenty of food, in general it was fab🙂

the hotel was just walking distance from buckingham palace. restaurant food was fabulous. mortlake district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting. free wi fi was working perfectly.
